To increase the sales and growth by 100% with the help of increasing the value proposition of the products. Target by March 2016. To establish “Produce from home” in 4 villages with total capacity of 50 people by March 2016.

Increasing the growth by, Addressing the gaps in the LED and solar lighting market. Ex: Various standby products for rural area, LED lighting and solar lighting solution for the urban area.
Focused aproach on increasing the value proposition of every product with the help of benchmarking, value engineering, superior quality and after market support (warranty etc).
Training and encouragement for the “produce from home” to make them more productive and more profitable for the individuals and for the company.
